Aphrodite

Orpheus Village was the first village to be
completed within the estate (Mar 03), and is situated at the top
end of the ravine in a secluded location; the prime location of
the resort. The village is in a peaceful and relaxing location
but with easy access to the world-class facilities in the resort
centre. It is an ideal place for those looking for space
and privacy - yet only a two minute drive or a 5 - 10 minute
walk from a world class golf course and resort.
Orpheus Village is surrounded by the golf
course and consists of 21 apartments in 5 buildings (A-E), a
cascading, centrally located and generously proportioned
swimming pool, and historic and protected features such as the
old stone-inn and threshing floor.

The apartment
Our home in Orpheus Village has been
designed, fitted and finished to uncompromising standards.
Contemporary, bright, comfortable and functional, we have spared
no expense in specifying the property. Including:
- A feature bathroom, with
walk-in stream shower, Bisazza glass mosaic tiles and iroko
floors, seating and cupboards.
- Highly specified kitchen,
featuring ‘Absolute Black’ granite surfaces and Miele
appliances.
- Open-plan living room &
kitchen.
- Oversized
air-conditioning to ensure quick response.
- Private, lockable
basement (12sqm) equipped with built-in cupboards and sink.
- Integrated automatic
watering system on the patio.

The apartment is 122sqm in total (66sqm
internally, 44sqm in terraces and a 12 sqm basement). Our
favourite feature is the large terrace, which enjoys the sun
from sun rise until 12 pm, protects from the midday summer sun
until mid late afternoon and provides the perfect environment to
enjoy ‘sundowners’ and an evening meal.
The sales price
includes all permanent fixtures and fittings. We would consider
selling all the furnishings for an additional fee.
